Common Causes/Issues: 

When you need to configure your email on a new device.

Solution Overview:

Incoming Server: mail.sitestar.net
Use SSL/TLS: Yes
Port(IMAP): 993
Port(POP3): 995

Outgoing Server: mail.sitestar.net
Use SSL/TLS: Yes
Port(SMTP) 465
Authenticate use the same settings as incoming.
The username and password field is not optional.
