# What are the settings for my email program?

**Common Causes/Issues: **

*When you need to configure your email on a new device.*

**Solution Overview:**

Incoming Server: [mail.sitestar.net](http://mail.sitestar.net/)  
Use SSL/TLS: Yes  
Port(IMAP): 993  
Port(POP3): 995

Outgoing Server: [mail.sitestar.net](http://mail.sitestar.net/)  
Use SSL/TLS: Yes  
Port(SMTP) 465  
Authenticate use the same settings as incoming.  
The username and password field is not optional.
