The Invoice Printing Fee is a $2.00 charge assessed for any customer who requests a copy of their projected invoices be submitted to them via the US Postal Service.
The Invoice Printing Fee is a $2.00 charge that is added as a line item to the invoices for any customer who has requested to still receive a printed copy of their projected invoices to be mailed to them.
In addition to the mailed copies of these invoices, the billing system will automatically email a copy of the projected invoice 30 days prior to the due date. The due date is when the finalized invoice will post to the customer's account.
