The manual payment fee is a $2.00 charge that is assessed for all payments that are not processed through our customer portal, such as via cash, check, money order, or a third party bill pay service.
This fee, and the Invoice Printing Fee, replaced our old $3.00 Manual Processing Fee as of October 1, 2022. You can avoid this fee by using the customer portal to make a payment or to add a payment method for use with our auto-collection system.
